Scope of Work

Taishan Construction will complete the necessary repairs to restore the existing natural stone area. The scope of work includes:

  • Carefully remove the affected natural stone.
  • Remove and replace the existing bedding material where required.
  • Re-level and compact the foundation to provide a stable, even base.
  • Reinstall the existing natural stone, ensuring proper alignment, level, and spacing.
  • Reposition any cracked stones to less visible areas along the side of the installation where possible to maintain the overall appearance while maximizing the use of existing materials.
  • Make all necessary adjustments to achieve a clean, uniform, and professional finish.
  • Complete a thorough site cleanup upon completion.

Notes

  • This quotation is based on repairing and reusing the existing natural stone wherever possible.
  • Existing cracked stones will be strategically relocated to minimize their visibility.
  • Any additional hidden damage discovered after stone removal that requires replacement materials or additional repairs will be discussed with the homeowner before any extra work is performed.
  • Estimated completion time: 1 working day, weather permitting.
